Quick Start

To run the Atlas visualisation locally:

1. Clone the isocket repository.

2. Install the modules in requirements.txt.

3. For running the Atlas visualistaion, run the bokeh server:

   bokeh serve --host localhost:5000 --host localhost:5006 isocket/atlas/atlas.py

4. Separately, navigate to the main isocket folder and run the flask server: flask run.py.

5. In a browser window, navigate to localhost:5000
