docs: update Sepolia contract addresses for Cobalt

What changed? Why?

Sepolia's public L1 address table still pointed at pre-Cobalt proof contracts, and it omitted contracts the testnet upgrade deployed. CHAIN-4663

• Point AggregateVerifier (Multiproof), NitroEnclaveVerifier, and ZkVerifier at the live Sepolia contracts.
• Add CertManager, P384Verifier, and ProtocolVersions (proxy).

Mainnet addresses are unchanged.

Notes to reviewers

AggregateVerifier is game type 621 on DisputeGameFactory (0xd702aaE6…), not the earlier implementation recorded in the Cobalt task's addresses.json. NitroEnclaveVerifier is NITRO_VALIDATOR() on the TEE registry. ProtocolVersions is the proxy.

How has it been tested?

• Compared the updated rows with live Sepolia eth_calls: gameImpls(621), NITRO_VALIDATOR(), and ZK_VERIFIER().
• Confirmed CertManager, P384Verifier, and ProtocolVersions have code on Sepolia and match config/sepolia/addresses.json from the Cobalt upgrade task.
• Rendered /specifications/reference/base-contracts locally and checked the Sepolia L1 table.
