Adds the regression marker and compressed state reference for the corrected Stable Neo-Hookean inverted-tetrahedra example.
SOFA's native WriteState generated 100 position frames for 576 nodes at dt=1e-5. All recorded values are finite. Repeating the run with CompareState reported zero error; removing the force field produced an error of 0.05614 against the 1e-4 threshold.
Validation used a Windows native C++ harness in double precision. The upstream Regression_test executable and cross-platform CI were not exercised.
Companion SOFA fix: sofa-framework/sofa#6377. These references must be used with that scene change.
